Accessibility

Bus routes 182 and 500 drop off about 0.25 miles from our office. There is a 50-foot incline once you turn onto 11th Pl S. If you are not arriving by car and want to avoid this incline, please call us so we can arrange to meet you at the basement level to avoid the hill. 

There are bicycle racks at the front of the building.

There is ample parking just a few steps from the door. The parking lot is well-lit.

There are no steps to access our building. There is a push plate door opener for the front door and elevator access to the lower level where our office is located. 

Restrooms are single-user and gender-inclusive. There are two ADA accessible restrooms on the lower level, where our clinic is located.

Healthy children are welcome to join you for your visits. All children over the age of 2 will be asked to wear a mask during your visits. 

Our clinic room has ample space for our clients who use mobility aids to maneuver. We have chosen furniture that is designed to be comfortable and supportive for people with all body sizes. 

Waiting room furniture is provided by the building and includes chairs with upholstered arms that are 24" wide.

We do not have any BMI or weight restrictions or have any different approaches to clinical care based on weight or BMI alone. We do not require routine weight checks, although you are welcome to self-report your weight. 

Both midwives speak English only. Please contact us if you require medical interpretation services.
